Welcome! Please be prepared to meet in the lobby at 6:30pm to depart for your welcome dinner. The dinner reservation time will be finalized closer to your trip date. If you plan on arriving today, we recommend flying into Corfu International Airport (CFU).

Wake up by the sea and enjoy breakfast. Then prepare your tastebuds as today you will be sampling olive oil! After breakfast, you will learn about the farming of olives and the production of olive oil on Corfu. Then you will have the opportunity to taste the fresh olive oil. After your olive oil tasting you’ll have the afternoon at your leisure. Today you’ll want to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a hat, sunglasses and water.

• Olive Oil tasting

  Indulge in a sensory journey with a curated olive oil experience. Begin with an explanation of the historic olive groves as you uncover the story behind Corfu’s treasured “liquid gold.” Then, enjoy a guided tasting of this premium local olive oil, perfectly paired with small bites that highlight its unique flavor—a true immersion into the island’s rich culinary heritage. After your tour, you’ll have the afternoon at your leisure.

Enjoy another lovely seaside morning. Today you will head out on the clear blue water with your group to swim and relax. Enjoy lunch aboard the boat then return to land with the afternoon at your leisure. Today you’ll want to wear your bathing suit and bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, flip flops or slides, a light jacket in case it gets windy, and a towel.

• Coastal Exploration by Private Boat

  From your hotel, walk 10 minutes down to the private dock where you boat awaits you. Then you’ll set sail on a private half-day boat tour through the crystal-clear waters around Corfu. Cruise along the island’s scenic coastline, then anchor for a refreshing swim. From the comfort of the boat, enjoy a delicious lunch paired with complimentary drinks—both alcoholic and non-alcoholic—while taking in breathtaking views of the island. Snorkel equipment is available though it is recommended to bring your own for comfort!. Finally, return to the dock to walk back to the hotel.

After breakfast, dive into your ‘Botides’ experience—paint your own design on a large clay pot, then shatter it in a joyful act of renewal! The rest of the day is at your leisure. For today, it’s recommended to wear clothes that can get dirty as you will be working with paint.

  Take part in the one-of-a-kind Botides workshop—an immersive experience where your canvas is a large clay pot. Unleash your creativity as you paint and decorate your piece, then step into a thrilling Corfiot tradition: ceremonially smashing it to symbolize release and renewal. The experience culminates as you gather with your group to joyfully break your creations together, transforming the moment into a spirited celebration of fresh beginnings. This activity will take place on site at the hotel.

Your free day to design as you wish. Indulge in rejuvenating treatments at the spa, explore hidden corners of Corfu at your own pace, lounge by the pool, or pursue any personal interests. Today you’re free to savor the island exactly as you prefer, creating your own perfect Corfiot moments. In the evening you’ll gather with your group to head to a nearby town for a final dinner at a local restaurant.

All good things must come to an end, but only until your next adventure! Enjoy a final breakfast and then make your own way onward. If departing directly from the hotel, we recommend flying out of Corfu International Airport (CFU).
