Ionian Escape in Corfu

Welcome! Please be prepared to meet in the lobby at 6:00pm to depart for your welcome dinner. The dinner reservation time will be finalized closer to your trip date. If you plan on arriving today, we recommend flying into Corfu International Airport (CFU).

Wake up by the sea and enjoy breakfast. Then prepare your tastebuds as today you will be sampling olive oil! After breakfast, you will learn about the farming of olives and the production of olive oil on Corfu and learn more about the “gold” of Greece. Then you will have the opportunity to taste the fresh olive oil. After your olive oil tasting you’ll have the afternoon at your leisure. Today you’ll want to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a hat, sunglasses and water.

• Olive Oil Tasting and Farm Visit

  After breakfast, enjoy a short 10-minute private transfer to a local farm for an immersive farm tour and olive oil tasting. You’ll visit olive groves, the vegetable garden and chicken coop, and learn about the farm’s sustainable practices. Explore the olive mill to discover the olive oil production process before concluding with a tasting in the traditional press room, paired with fresh garden vegetables. After your tour, you’ll take a 10-minute private transfer back to the hotel and have the afternoon at your leisure.

Enjoy another lovely seaside morning. Today you will head out on the clear blue water with your group to swim and relax by private sailing boats. Enjoy a light lunch with included drinks and later in the afternoon return to land to enjoy some time at leisure. Today you’ll want to wear your bathing suit and bring a towel, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, sandals, and a light jacket in case it gets windy.

• Private Sailing Experience Across Corfu’s Hidden Gems

  Take a 10 min private transfer to Gouvia Marina where you will board the boat. Then you’ll set sail on a private half-day boat tour through the crystal-clear waters around Corfu. Cruise along the island’s scenic coastline, then anchor for a refreshing swim. From the comfort of the boat, enjoy a delicious light lunch while taking in breathtaking views of the island. Snorkel equipment is available though it is recommended to bring your own for comfort! Life jackets will be available on the boat. After the boat returns to Gouvia Marina, you’ll disembark and enjoy a short, 10 minute transfer back to the hotel. Please note, due to the size of the boats, your group will be split into 2 or 3 boats (depending on group size) and will sail together in a flotilla formation.

Today after breakfast, enjoy a one-of-a-kind hands-on workshop in a charming village, located approximately 20 minutes from the resort by private transfer. During this unique experience, you'll visit one of Greece's premier candle makers, renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship and quality.Guided by expert artisans, you'll create your own custom candle using premium materials while designing a personalized fragrance from a wide selection of scents. The workshop also includes an engaging introduction to the art of perfumery, where you'll learn about fragrance families, essential oils, and the fundamentals of scent composition. After your experience, you’ll take a 20 minute private transfer back to the hotel and enjoy the remainder of the afternoon at your leisure.

• Candle Making Workshop

  Today, board a private transfer for a scenic 20-minute drive to a charming local village, where you'll enjoy a unique hands-on experience. Immerse yourself in the art of candle making as you craft your own luxury soy wax candle, infused with Mediterranean-inspired fragrances. Create a signature scent that reflects your personal style while learning the fundamentals of perfumery, including fragrance composition and the use of essential oils. After the experience you’ll take a 20-minute transfer back to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Enjoy your free day to design as you wish. Indulge in rejuvenating treatments at the spa, explore hidden corners of Corfu at your own pace, lounge by the pool, or pursue any personal interests. Today you’re free to savor the island exactly as you prefer, creating your own perfect Corfiot moments. In the evening you’ll gather with your group for a brief Corfu Old Town Walk before heading to your final dinner at a local restaurant in town.

• Corfu Old Town Walk

  Before dinner, your guide will take you for an walk through Corfu's charming UNESCO-listed Old Town. Stroll through the elegant Liston Promenade and Spianada Square, admire the historic Old Fortress, wander the picturesque Venetian alleys of the Campiello district, and pass iconic landmarks including the Church of Saint Spyridon and the Palace of St. Michael and St. George.
